1. Miami Tip is one of the only cast members born and raised outside of Miami. She was born in New York city and moved to the MIA with her family when she was 10 years old. She is also bisexual but mostly date women. Her ethnicity is Black and Puerto Rican, her mother is Puerto Rican and her father is Jamaican. So moving to Miami was a natural move.
2. She fell 30 feet from a stripper pole in 2012. The fall almost ended her life. One night at King of Diamonds. After that she turned to music. While she was rehabbing from several broken bones she would write rap verses to her favorite hip hop songs. It was the turning point in her career. She eventually changed from her stripper name “Tio Drill” to Miami Tip. She cites Jay-Z, Trina (who will also be on the show), and Uncle Luke as favorite musicians she has followed. Throughout her childhood and even during her time as a dancer, Tip says she was always writing stories and poetry.
3. She used to dance with Joseline Hernandez and Jessica Dime at King of Diamonds. But after those ladies transitioned into music and reality tv, Tip became the featured girl.
